"Freeway Jam" by
Jeff Beck
Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page,
Jimi Hendrix, and Jeff Beck all belong to a very elite group of
electric guitarists. They all have contributed to shaping the
sound of the electric guitar in the 20th century. In 1964, Beck
replaced Clapton in the Yardbirds. In 1967, he put
together The Jeff Beck Group with vocalist Rod Stewart and Ron Wood on
bass. Years later and after many changes, Beck released
"Blow by Blow" in 1975 produced by George Martin. An
all instrumental album with a mixture of blues/rock and jazz
fusion. Beck is a master of the stratocaster and continues to
tour to this day to sold out audiences everywhere. |
